Service Revision and Refund Policy

Our Service Revision and Refund Policy lasts 72 hours. If 72 hours have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or revision.


Eligibility Requirement

To be eligible for a revision, your bike must not be tampered, damaged, defaced, and/or changed, and should be in the same condition as you received it.

Several types of services are exempt from being refunded. Refund can only be initiated if your bike meets the eligibility requirement and it can be clearly be proven that the service or part replacement, including not limited to, was charged to you despite of not being delivered. By obtaining our services you hereby agree that in case of a dispute Protto’s decision will be final.

To complete your refund, we require an invoice of purchase.



If any problem related to the bike mentioned at the time of pick up has not been solved or has caused a new problem to arise. Upon proving that the problem still exists, we will pick up your bike for service revision and this pick-up and drop will not be charged to you. The charges for any part replacement may be charged to you if a spare part is required for complete service revision. To opt for service revision kindly visit the Support Page.



Once you are able to prove that you were charged despite of not getting service or part replacement, including not limited to. You may choose to get the undelivered service, delivered or you may choose to get a refund against the same.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 amount of days. Although, time may vary based on your governing bank.
